Youthville Expands Premium Student and Professional Housing in Pune and Mumbai

Pune, 26th March 2025: Recognizing the struggles of students and young professionals in finding quality accommodation, Vineet Goyal, Joint Managing Director of Kohinoor and Founder of Youthville, along with Rupesh Mittal, Director of Youthville, launched Youthville in 2017. Since then, the brand has redefined hostel living by offering premium serviced accommodations designed for convenience, security, and community engagement.
“Youthville was born out of a necessity,” said Goyal. “We saw numerous reports of students and professionals struggling to find safe and comfortable housing, and we wanted to create a space where they could thrive without hassle.”
Growing Presence in Pune and Mumbai
Currently, Youthville operates eight hostels—seven in Pune and one in Mumbai—strategically located in SB Road, Karve Nagar, Balewadi, Ambegaon, and Juhu (Mumbai). With 1,800 beds, the service hostels offer single, double, and triple-sharing rooms, catering to diverse needs while maintaining a high standard of living.
“Our aim is to create a home-like environment where students and professionals feel secure and supported,” said Mittal. “With premium amenities, high-speed Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and 24/7 security, Youthville ensures an unmatched living experience.”
Newly Launched Youthville Hostel Near Symbiosis and MIT
Youthville’s latest property, located near Symbiosis, MIT, and major corporate hubs, introduces a modern co-living concept with state-of-the-art facilities. The highlight of this hostel is an expansive terrace and cafeteria with a 180-degree view of SB Road, offering a relaxing space for residents.
“In addition to comfort and security, we focus on community living. Our new property is just 200 meters from JW Marriott and 300 meters from Pavilion Mall, giving residents access to Pune’s vibrant social and recreational scene,” Goyal added.
Ambitious Expansion Plans
With an ambitious growth strategy, Youthville plans to expand its capacity to 17,000 beds across Pune and Mumbai in the coming years. In the immediate future, 1,000 beds will be introduced in Hinjawadi, followed by 6,000 beds in key Pune locations such as Kharadi, Tathawade, Kothrud, Kondhwa, and Hinjawadi.
“We are committed to redefining student and professional housing,” Mittal emphasized. “As Pune and Mumbai continue to grow as education and business hubs, our goal is to provide high-quality living spaces that foster a sense of belonging and ease.”
Beyond Pune and Mumbai, Youthville is also eyeing expansion into other cities, ensuring that more students and professionals benefit from its tech-driven, community-oriented, and premium accommodation solutions.
