Woman kills man for stalking her in Pimpri

Pune – A 28 year old man was murdered by a woman and three others for allegedly stalking even after her marriage. The deceased Sagar Arun Thorat and Archana Jalinder Nikam had been in an illicit relationship before her marriage.
However Thorat continued to stalk her to continue relationship with him even though she got married to another man. Fed up of harassment, she had complained to her brother, a criminal on police record, who had thrashed Thorat and also warned him to stay away from her.
But Thorat allegedly continue to harrass Archana, who is also a criminal on record in a narcotics  case.
Around 11.30 pm on Tuesday, Archana, her brother and two others attacked Thorat with sharp weapons near Karachi Chowk in Pimpri. He died in the attack.

“After getting information our team reached the spot and began investigation. Some of the accused had fled to Lonavala. We solved the case within 5 hours by arresting the accuseds including Archana”, said senior police inspector Vivek Muglikar, in-charge of Pimpri police station.
