Wellness Forever Targets to Open 450 Retail Stores by FY2021
Pune, October 25, 2018: To expand its service to customers, India’s leading organised Pharmacy and Lifestyle Retail Chain Wellness Forever Medicare Pvt. Ltd. (Wellness Forever), is planning to further strengthen its presence in Mumbai, Nashik, Pune and other key cities in Maharashtra, Karnataka and Goa. The move will provide a major boost to its strong presence of 140+ stores which are open 24×7.
Wellness Forever is on track to open 450 retail stores by FY 21 across Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka. The Company plans to open 58 Stores in FY19.
Wellness Forever recently opened its 20thstore in Pune, its 15thnew store of the current financial year. The company has big plans to create an Omni channel model. On the strategic expansion plans, Mr. Gulshan Bakhtiani (One of the three Founder Directors) said, “Pune is one of the important markets for us in Maharashtra and we are planning to increase our presence in the coming months.With Wellness Forever, our primary objective has always been to create a pharmacy plus lifestyle chain of stores which will cater to the needs of customers beyond medicines. Orders received through its E-com platforms i.e. Mobile Apps and Website Portal will be delivered at the customers’ doorsteps in 90 minutes. This new 90 minutes’ promise will further strengthen customers trust in Wellness Forever and provide a major boost to its 140 plus stores operating 24×7. The Hyper-Local initiative will be launched in multiple phases starting in Oct 2018 in its existing markets in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Pune.
