Two Minor Girls Reported Missing in Pune: Parents Suspect Kidnapping by Lures
Pune, 1st October 2024: Two minor girls have gone missing from Sangamwadi and Upper Indira Nagar in Pune. Their parents suspect that they may have been kidnapped by using lures. Both fathers have filed complaints with Pune Police, leading to the registration of cases at the Yerawada and Bibwewadi Police Stations.
According to police reports, a 14-year-old girl from the Sangamwadi area went out to fetch vegetables on Sunday (29th September) evening but has not returned home. The family searched for her, and when she could not be found, her father filed a complaint at the Yerawada Police Station.
Additionally, a 17-year-old girl from Kondhwa Budruk mentioned to her parents that she’s going to her friend’s birthday party at a house in Upper Indira Nagar; however, she has also not returned home. Yerawada and Bibwewadi police are investigating the cases.
