This Uber Pool incident with the Mumbai Journalist will petrify you to deaths

Ushonta Paul, a journalist from Mumbai reported a physical attack by a fellow passenger during a cab ride. Paul used twitter threads to reach Mumbai police and place evidence of the incidents.
At first, the woman kept demanding to be dropped first as she has paid more. Paul intervened and tired by explaining her route, she started abusing and ranting. To ignore her rant, Paul started using her phone. Later, the woman started to phonically abuse her; Paul was stanched on the forehead, and hands, also the woman pulled her hair.
The Uber driver refused to help Paul the woman’s details considering customer privacy. They went to the Lower Parel Police station to lodge a complaint against the woman.
