The Colorado Regional Center (CRC) to hold seminar on U.S Citizenship Opportunity through investment

The Colorado Regional Center (CRC), a US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approved Regional Center for the EB-5 Program, announced a 2-day interactive seminar to be held in Mumbai on 12th and 13th October 2018. The seminar, to be hosted at the Grand Hyatt, Santacruz, will offer Indian nationals an opportunity to obtain U.S Citizenship for themselves, their spouse and unmarried children (any unmarried children under 21 are allowed), through investment in the USCIS approved project –TheEmpire Outlets. Developed by the New York State Empire Outlet Fund I, LLC, and organized by the CRC, the project is New York City’s first and only retail outlet project.

The U.S has long been an aspirational destination for Indian’s to migrate and settle. With the varied opportunities in career advancement, healthcare, education and a superior standard of living, the citizenship of the World’s most successful economy has been signifying prosperity and success for Indians back home. As the popular H-1B visa undergoes modifications, with stringent qualifying rules, the EB5 visa program has been steadily gaining popularity in India.

While the EB-5 Visa has been in the news recently, it still remains ambiguous for most Indian investors. In case of Individual projects, investors are liable to create 10 direct jobs. However, when investing through the regional center, they can avail the multiple security and process benefits while also having the flexibility to create 10 direct or indirect jobs.  Through the two-day seminar, CRC officials along with Johan Segerdahl, a Managing Partner of CRC will will interact with aspiring Indian investors and offer them detailed insights into The Empire Outlet project, highlighting the unique investment advantage.
