Tata Curvv Spotted Again Before Launch, New Features Revealed

Pune, 24th June 2024: Tata Motors, a prominent name in the Indian automotive industry, is set to launch its new SUV, the Tata Curvv. Recently, this highly anticipated model was spotted during testing, revealing several new features. The Curvv, with its sleek design and advanced functionalities, aims to strengthen Tata’s foothold in the SUV segment. As the launch date approaches, more details about the vehicle’s specifications and features have emerged.

The Tata Curvv, expected to hit the market soon, was seen undergoing testing, providing a glimpse of its exterior and interior enhancements. According to media reports, one of the standout features of this coupe SUV is the inclusion of a panoramic sunroof, which may be available in select variants.

In addition to the panoramic sunroof, the Curvv will boast several features already seen in Tata’s Nexon, Harrier, and Safari models. These include a free-floating screen, slim central AC vents, a 4-spoke steering wheel, and Tata’s illuminated logo. The vehicle will also feature a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, front ventilated seats, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, ABS (Anti-lock Braking System), EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution), ESC (Electronic Stability Control), and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).

Under the hood, Tata Motors plans to offer the Curvv in petrol, diesel, and electric variants. The diesel version will be powered by a 1.5-liter engine, delivering 115 PS of power and 260 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The petrol variant is expected to feature a 1.2-liter turbo engine, producing 125 PS and 225 Nm of torque, available with both a 6-speed manual and a 7-speed DCT transmission. The electric version is anticipated to offer a range of approximately 500 kilometers on a single charge.

Currently, in the testing phase, the Tata Curvv is expected to be officially launched before the festive season. The starting ex-showroom price is likely to be around ₹11 lakh, making it a competitive option in the SUV market. Tata Motors aims to attract a wide range of customers with its blend of performance, luxury, and advanced technology.
