Uruli Kanchan, 23rd June 2024: An ST bus traveling on the Pune-Solapur highway met with an accident near Sahajpur Phata around noon, leaving 20 to 22 passengers slightly injured. The mishap occurred when the bus driver lost control and collided with a tree while attempting to avoid a stationary truck on the highway.

Despite the severity of the accident, there was no loss of life. All the injured passengers were promptly transported to a nearby private hospital where they are currently receiving treatment. Medical professionals have confirmed that the injuries sustained are minor.
