Shriram Capital Limited Appoints Rajesh Laddha as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer
Wednesday, June 28, 2017, Mumbai / Chennai: Shriram Capital Limited (SCL), the holding company for the financial services and insurance entities of the Shriram Group, today announced the appointment of industry veteran and board member, Mr. Rajesh Laddha as the Company’s new Managing Director (MD) & Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Laddha will assume his new role of MD & CEO, Shriram Capital, effective July 01, 2017.
In his capacity as Non-Executive Director on the Board of SCL since July, 2015, Mr. Laddha has been associated with the Board members of SCL as well as the senior business leaders at the Shriram Group of companies. He is already well-versed and knowledgeable about the businesses and affairs of the Group. Mr. Laddha was also part of the core team at Piramal Group that was involved in the purchase of its strategic stake in Shriram Group Companies.

Mr. Rajesh Laddha has over 25 years of rich and diverse experience in the fields of Corporate Finance, M&A, Business Strategy, Investments, Corporate Structuring and Taxation. As
current Group Chief Financial Officer for Piramal Group, he oversees the entire Finance function for Piramal Group of companies, including Piramal Enterprises.
Mr. Rajesh Laddha is an MBA from University of Chicago, USA. He is also a Chartered Accountant from India, Certified Public Accountant from the USA, Chartered Management Accountant from the UK in addition, holds a Master’s Degree in Management from the University of Mumbai.
