Sad Demise of Chitale Group’s Kakasaheb Chitale

Bhilawdi, Feb 8, 2020 : Director of M/s B. G. Chitale, Mr. Dattatray Bhaskar Chitale, aged 78 passed away in Miraj due to a heart attack.

He was shifted to a private hospital following chest pain on friday and was undergoing a treatment. He is survived by his wife, Sunita Chitale, sons and businessmen, Mr. Girish Chitale and Mr. Makrand Chitale, his daughter, Mrs. Veena Sahasrabuddhe, family members and relatives.

He joined his father Babasaheb Chitale and his brothers at Chitale Group after completing his studies in Mechanical Engineering.

Kakasaheb has also overlooked the proceedings of Giants Welfare Foundation as an Interim Committee Member as well as Ex-President of the association. He has also worked as President of Bhilawdi Public Library, Trustee of Bhilawdi Education Organisation, Mata Baalnsangopan Kendra, Vivekanand Eye Clinic, various other social, educational, healthcare and He has done commendable work with various pharma organisations.

[09/02, 19:33] Mubarak Ansari: Over 21000 travellers screened for Cronavirus in Maharashtra till Feb 9

Pune Feb 9, 2020 : Till 9th February, 21,023 travelers have been screened at Mumbai International Airport. Field surveillance is also actively going on all across the state in search of people coming from the Corona affected areas. Till today, state has 151 travelers coming from Corona affected areas. From 18th January till date 36 symptomatic travelers have been isolated in identified isolation facilities. Till today 31 samples out of 36 sent by the state have been found negative as per the reports of national Institute of virology, Pune. Results of 5 are awaited, 2 from Kasturba and 1 each from Sangli, Navi Mumbai and Naidu Hospital.

Cargo – ship from Singapore to Sindhudurg , No need of panic.

3 days back a cargo ship from Singapore has arrived at Redi minor port Taluka Vengurla District Sindhudurg. There are 22 crew members on this cargo ship. Out of these 22 members 10 are from China. This cargo ship and all the crew members are medically examined at Mumbai port and after finding everybody asymptomatic the cargo ship was allowed to leave Mumbai port for Redi, Sindhudurg. Due to concern of local people in the district all these crew members were again medically examined by the medical team of district civil surgeon. Nobody was asymptomatic during this examination. These cargo ship has left Singapore 3 weeks back while the Chinese crew members on this ship left China near about 3 months back. Looking at the prevalent guidelines regarding Corona surveillance no one from this crew members can be suspected for Corona so there is is no need of panic about arrival of this cargo ship in Sindhudurg district.
As per guidelines from Ministry of Health and Family Welfare all travelers coming from Wuhan city of China are being isolated and tested for Corona whether symptomatic or asymptomatic. Travelers coming from other affected parts are being followed for 14 days. Till date out of 151 travelers 72 have completed their follow-up of 14 days. Apart from Mumbai, Pune and Thane travelers are also monitored in Nanded, Buldhana, Nagpur, Wardha, Sangli, Ahmednagar, Amaravati,Palghar, Jalgaon, Chandrapur and Satara districts.
