Pune’s Navale Bridge: A Deadly Black Spot for Accidents, Claims Another Life
Narhe, 2nd April 2023: Another tragic accident occurred near the notorious Navale Bridge, claiming the life of a young bike rider.
The victim, identified as Rajkumar Sapre (32), was a resident of Labor Camp, Mitcon School, Balewadi, who was working on a construction project in the area.
According to police, a speeding vehicle hit him near Selfie Point in Narhe, and he succumbed to his injuries on the spot. The callous driver fled the scene, leaving the victim to die alone.
This unfortunate incident is just the latest in a series of accidents that have occurred near Navale Bridge. The location has become a hotbed of accidents, with numerous incidents of reckless driving and speeding reported in recent months. Despite repeated pleas from locals and authorities, no action has been taken to address the issue, leading to the loss of innocent lives.
The police have launched an investigation into the matter and are searching for the driver. They have also urged the public to come forward with any information that may help in identifying the culprit.
