Pune: Yerawada Police Arrest Three After Murder and Violent Rampage, Suspects Paraded Through Jay Prakash Nagar
Yerawada, 12th August 2024: A notorious history-sheeter was murdered in Yerawada, prompting three individuals to go on a violent rampage, vandalizing vehicles and attacking a man in an attempted murder. The Yerawada Police have arrested the trio and paraded them through Jay Prakash Nagar to curb the terror they caused.
The arrested suspects have been identified as Satish Chandrakant More (27), Kaluram Sukhdev Lodhe (35), and Moreshwar Somnath Londhe (19), all residents of Vitthal Nagar, Pashan. The injured man, Praveen Kamble, was attacked by the trio in their attempted murder. In addition to the attack, the suspects vandalized several vehicles, instilling fear among residents.
Citizens have expressed satisfaction with the prompt action taken by the Yerawada Police. The police have also initiated measures to combat the rising crime and terror in the Yerawada area. In a previous incident, criminals were booked for creating terror in Panchsheel Nagar with weapons. The police have vowed to enforce strict legal measures to curb criminal activities in the future.
Ravindra Shelke, Senior Police Inspector of Yerawada Police Station, has urged citizens to contact the Yerawada Police immediately if they witness illegal activities, suspect individuals with criminal tendencies, or require legal assistance.
