Pune: Woman Booked For Forcing Minor Boy Into Physical Relations
Kondhwa, 21st August 2023: The Kondhwa police have registered a case against a young woman who allegedly coerced a minor boy from her neighborhood into engaging in physical relations.
This incident occurred between May 2021 and November 2022 in the Kondhwa Budruk area. A case has been registered against a 28-year-old woman in connection with this matter.
According to the police, both the minor boy and the accused young woman reside in the same building in Kondhwa. The girl reportedly threatened the minor when he was 16 years old. The boy informed the police that the woman warned him of filing a rape case against him if he did not comply with her demands. Subsequently, between May 2021 and November 2022, she allegedly coerced the minor into engaging in physical relations with her. She is also said to have recorded a video of the incident.
The police have registered a case against the woman under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
