Pune: Wife Pours Boiled Water On Husband For Demanding Money Given To Her Brother, Case Registered
Shivane 13th July 2023: In a shocking incident reported in Shivane area of Pune, a woman has been booked for pouring boiling water on her husband for demanding money given to her brother. The incident took place at a society in Shivane on Thursday.
According to police, the accused woman poured boiling water on her husband at around 4 am in the morning when he was asleep. She was angry on him as he was continuously demanding money given to her brother. The victim has sustained serious burn injuries in the incident.
A case in this regard has been registered at Warje Police Station under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Further investigation in the matter is underway.
