Pune: Water Release from Khadakwasla Dam Doubles: Citizens Urged to Stay Alert
Pune, 27th July 2023: The water release from Khadakwasla Dam into the Mutha River has been increased from 428 cubic meters per second (cumecs) to 856 cumecs at 3:00 PM today. Citizens are advised to exercise caution and be vigilant in light of this significant surge.
The district administration has issued a warning to the public to stay alert and take necessary precautions in the wake of the increased water flow.
