Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar announced that an officer of the rank of ACP will oversee these operations.

To combat unruly driving, roadblocks will be conducted daily from 11 PM to 3 AM in various parts of the city. Drunken drivers will be tested using a breathalyzer. The hose attached to the device will be replaced after each use, and the used hose will be destroyed to eliminate any concerns regarding cleanliness or the potential for infection.
