Pune: Traffic Diversion From Shital Petrol Pump Chowk To Jyoti Hotel Chowk In Kondhwa Due To Water Pipeline Work
Kondhwa, 11th May 2023: In an effort to facilitate drinking pipeline work between Sant Gadge Maharaj School in Kondhwa Khurd and Bhairavnath Temple in Kondhwa Khurd, a temporary change in the traffic route has been implemented. Pune traffic police have issued a notification in this regard today.
The traffic route modification will be in effect from May 11 to June 10, during which certain traffic movements will be restricted. Specifically, all traffic traveling from Shital Petrol Pump Chowk to Jyoti Hotel Chowk will be halted, while one-way traffic will be maintained from Jyoti Hotel Chowk to Shital Petrol Pump.
To ensure the smooth flow of traffic during this period, alternative routes have been designated. Motorists traveling from Shital Petrol Pump Chowk to Jyoti Hotel Chowk will be diverted via the Welcome Hall Junction and Mayfair Society Junction.
DCP (Traffic) Vijay Magar said that these temporary changes have been implemented to facilitate the drinking pipeline work and ensure the safety of both motorists and construction workers. Commuters are advised to plan their routes accordingly and follow the traffic diversions put in place by the authorities.
