Pune to host global Gynaecological Endoscopic meet

Pune 30th August, 2018 :The International Society for Gynaecologic Endoscopy (ISGE) in association with The Indian Association of Gynaecological Endoscopist (IAGE) will organize its regional conference at J.W.Marriot, Pune between September 6 and 9, 2018.The upcoming conference has been themed appropriately – STAR –meaning Spaces, Techniques, Advances and Research.

“As the theme suggests, the conference would take up for discussion, the latest technological advances and innovations that provide accurate treatment lines and improved patient outcome at an affordable cost,”saidSTAR 2018OrganisingChairperson Dr.Sunita Tandulwadkar.

According to Dr. Sunita the ISGE event would bring together eminent gynecologists, surgeons and other medical and healthcare experts from around 22 countries.

“We’ve conceived it as a truly global conference and it will immensely benefit the participants since expertscoming from different countries also bring with them their versatile experience,” she added.

Needless to say the event would unfold a unique platform to connect with one another and share the recent advances in gynaecology, globally. ISGE & IAGE believes such programmes will foster learning, helping physicians to access the latest innovations which in turn would hugely improve and impact patient outcome.

The workshops at the conference include improving physician skills on vaginal surgery, laparoscopic hysterectomy, controversies revolving around myoma and consensus reached, ovulation induction, IUI, ART – Basics to Advanced – on the fertility front – the art and science involved in the management of endometriosis and intensive course on office hysterectomy.

The event will also have workshops on colourdoppler, urogynaecology and 40 live operative Endoscopic surgeries, Live Relay from Banglore to Pune. As part of main conference programme, delegates are expected to present several research papers on September 8 and 9 besides free posters and E-posters.
