Pune, 19 March 2024: Bollywood sensation Tiger Shroff has recently acquired a lavish property in Pune for a whopping Rs 7.5 crore. Reports reveal that the property, spanning 4,248 square feet and situated within the prestigious Panchshil Yoopune project in Hadapsar, was purchased by ASN Properties Private Limited on March 5, 2024, with the actor bearing the stamp duty costs amounting to Rs 52.5 lakh.
What sets this acquisition apart is Tiger Shroff’s quick decision to lease out the property immediately after acquisition. Documents disclose that the property has been leased to Cherise India Pvt Ltd for a monthly rent of Rs 3.5 lakh, under a five-year rental agreement signed on the same day of purchase.
