Pune, 2nd Sepetember 2024: Reflecting the philanthropic values of its founder, Jamsetji Tata, Tata Green Batteries has taken a significant step in supporting the Pune Traffic Police during the challenging monsoon season. The company has launched a Rain Jacket Distribution Drive, aimed at assisting the city’s traffic police in managing road safety amidst Pune’s intense downpours and treacherous road conditions.

Pune’s monsoon season brings with it heavy rain, high humidity, and difficult driving conditions, making the job of traffic police even more demanding. Despite these challenges, the city’s traffic police force remains committed to ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and the safety of commuters. In recognition of their dedication, Tata Green Batteries initiated this distribution drive to equip traffic officers with rain jackets designed to protect them during their work in inclement weather.
