Pune: Society Fined Rs One Lakh For Leaving Drainage Water Open

Kondhwa, 18th May 2023: Many times civic housing organizations and societies are responsible for spreading unhygienic elements in the area. Accordingly, action is being taken continuously by the ward office. Similarly, a fine of Rs one lakh was imposed on the Rajgrihi Housing Society for leaving the drainage water in Kondhwa-Yewalewadi Ward Office limits open and creating a health hazard.

Under the guidance of Kondhwa-Yewalewadi Ward Office Assistant Commissioner Dr Jyoti Dhotre, Senior Health Inspector Mangaldas Mane, Vikas More, a team of Health Inspector Abhijit Suryavanshi, Junior Engineer Naresh Shingte, Dayanand Telange, Milind Bhosle have collected the said fine.

Henceforth, no foul-smelling material shall be disposed of in the area. In-charge Chief Health Inspector Vikas More said that all efforts will be made to keep the area clean by taking punitive action against the concerned.
