Pune: Prompt Response from Fire Brigade Saves Calf Trapped Open Chamber

Market Yard, 16th April 2023: A calf fell into a chamber near gate number three in the Market Yard, Pune, today morning, but was safely rescued by the Fire Brigade.

A local businessman informed the Fire Brigade about the incident. Upon receiving the information, driver Sharad Godse, jawan Sambhaji Avtade, Suraj Karle, Tushar Jankar, and Harshad Yewle arrived at the spot and rescued the calf using a rope. The entire rescue operation took around fifteen minutes.

Thanks to the prompt response of the Fire Brigade, the calf was rescued without any injuries.
