Pune Porsche Accident: MLA’s Two Associates Arrested In Blood Sample Tampering Case

Pune, 4th June 2024: The Crime Branch of Pune City Police today two more persons connected with the Kalyaninagar Porsche accident case, apprehending Amar Gaikwad and Ashpak Makandar. They are accused of tampering with blood samples and allegedly exerting pressure on doctors at Sassoon General Hospital.

Gaikwad and Makandar work for NCP MLA Sunil Tingre, who was present at Yerawada Police Station following the accident. Reports suggest that both individuals were seen at both the police station and Sassoon Hospital. Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar had recently voiced his support for Tingre.

At around 2.30 am on May 19, a Porsche car driven by the minor son of builder Vishal Agarwal hit a motorcycle resulting in the deaths of IT professionals Aneesh Awadhiya (24) and Ashwini Koshta (24), both natives of Madhya Pradesh.
