Pune Porsche Accident Case: Mother of Minor Driver Arrested

Pune, 1st June 2024: The Crime Branch of Pune City Police today arrested Ashwini Agarwal, mother of the minor whose speeding Porsche killed two IT professionals in Kalyani Nagar on May 19, informed Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar.
The accused minor driver’s father, Vishal Agarwal, owner of Bramha Realty and Infrastructure, and his grandfather, Surendra Kumar Agarwal, are also behind bars. They are accused of allowing the minor to drink and drive and coercing their family driver to take the blame for the accident.
Additionally, it was revealed that the teen’s blood sample for the alcohol test was tampered with at Sassoon Hospital. Instead of the minor’s sample, his mother’s blood sample was sent to the forensic science lab (FSL), which did not show any alcohol content.
