Pune Police Investigating Woman Who Used Forged Documents to Secure Teaching Job In ZP School
Pune, 6th April 2023: Lonikand police station has registered a case against a woman for allegedly securing a job as a deputy teacher in a Zilla Parishad school using fake educational documents.
The complaint was filed by Kisan Bhujbal, an extension officer of the Zilla Parishad’s primary education department, after it was discovered that Sangeeta Dattatray Zurange, a resident of Lonikand, used her sister’s name and academic documents to complete her D.Ed course and secure the job.
Zurange’s sister had passed 12th, while Zurange herself had only completed 11th. After changing her name in the gazette, she got the job using fake documents. The complaint was investigated by the Education Department, leading to the police complaint.
The Lonikand police are now investigating the matter further.
