Pune Police Detains Four Minor Boys For Murder Of 17-Year-Old Boy Over Money Dispute
Katraj, 7th April 2023: On Wednesday, four minors were detained by the Bharti Vidyapeeth police for stabbing and killing Tanmay Mukesh Ingle (17) over a money dispute.
According to the police, the deceased had been threatening and demanding money from the accused, who are all between the ages of 14 and 17 and lived in the same locality as him in Mangdewadi, Katraj. The accused took Tanmay to a nearby stream where two of them stabbed him with a knife. After the murder, they fled towards Katraj Ghat but were later detained by the police.
This incident has also revealed that one of the accused had committed two murders in the past three months. The police have registered a case of attempted murder against Tanmay at Sahakarnagar police station.
Meanwhile, the accused have been remanded to police custody for further investigation, and the case is ongoing.
