Pune Police Conduct Raid on Nana Peth Drug Dealer; Dealer Collapses, Dies of Heart Attack
Pune, 23rd March 2024: In a recent development in Pune, the police carried out a raid on the residence of a drug dealer located in Nana Peth. Upon the arrival of the law enforcement team at his doorstep, the drug dealer collapsed instantaneously. Rushed to a nearby private hospital in Rasta Peth, he passed away before receiving medical treatment. Medical experts have attributed his demise to a heart attack.
This incident comes amidst intensified efforts by the Pune Police to combat drug smuggling and distribution activities in the region. Acting on intelligence regarding the presence of a history-sheeter drug trafficker in Nana Peth, a police team promptly conducted the raid. After the drug dealer’s collapse, authorities searched his residence, leading to the seizure of a quantity of drugs.
In response to this development, the Samarth police station has registered a case of sudden death, signalling the initiation of formal legal proceedings in the matter.
