Pune: PMRDA To Release 12 Plots Of Lands For Amenities In IT Park Area
Pimpri, 17th March 2023: Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) will lease 12 plots for 80 years to provide amenities in the Hinjewadi-Maan IT Park area. The administration of PMRDA has expressed the expectation that this will help in the well-planned development of the IT Park area and provide facilities to the citizens, and also bring an income of Rs 50 crore to the PMRDA.
Plots for various amenities in five villages of Mulshi taluka will be leased through an online auction. For that, registration for the auction can be done from 20th March to 5th April. The documents of the auctioneers will be verified between the 6th to 11th of April. The online auction process will start at 11 am on 12th April. The list of successful bidders will be released on 17th April. Information about this has been given on the website of PMRDA.
Parks, Grounds, Sports Complexes, Recreation Centres, Libraries, Health Centres, Hospitals, Dispensaries, Cafeterias (Canteens), Malls for Shops, Parking, Primary, and Secondary Schools, Post Offices, Police Stations, Power Substations, ATMs, Banks, Electronic – Cyber Facilities like Library, Open Market, Yoga Centre, Power Supply, Water Supply Centre, Solid Waste Management, Sewage Treatment Plant, Cable House, Fire Station, Student Hostel, Hostel for Working Women, and others can be developed on these plots.
Among these 12 plots to be auctioned, there are plots with a base price of at least Rs 80 lakh to Rs 9.65 crore. The base price of these plots ranging from a minimum of ten gunthas to two acres area is up to Rs 36 crore. However, the PMRDA administration has claimed that these plots will fetch up to Rs 50 crore from the auction.
Ramdas Jagtap, Deputy Collector, PMRDA said, “12 plots will be given on lease in five villages of Mulshi taluka under facility area. There will be an online auction for that. Auctioneers can participate in this auction process by registering. Since all the processes are online, there will be transparency.”
