Pune: PMRDA Initiates e-Auction of 120 Shops in Bhosari Peth
Pune, 19th June 2023: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has announced the commencement of an e-auction for 120 shops located in the Bhosari Peth area.
These shops are part of the residential scheme number 12, which is home to 4,800 residences. The registration process for leasing these shops for a period of 80 years has already begun. The available shops in this e-auction range from a minimum area of 10.36 square meters to a maximum area of 23.09 square meters.
The minimum selling price set for the shops is Rs 8,55,000, while the maximum selling price is Rs 19,07,580.
The registration process is currently open and applicants can download the application from the official website. The registration will remain open until July 12, 2023, at 5:00 pm.
Interested individuals can register for the e-auction on the following website: https://eauction.gov.in. The e-auction process is scheduled to commence on August 10, 2023, at 11:00 am.
