Pune: PMPML to Use ‘Location Based QR Code’ to Mark Employees’ Attendance, Late Comers On Radar
Pune 21st Oct 2023: The Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) has introduced a ‘Location Based QR Code’ system to employees to mark their attendance. The initiative is likely to identify late comers and those not reporting to their duty as per rule. The new attendance system has been implemented for all PMPML employees at all the bus depots and offices of the transport body .
The PMPML employees have been given an option to scan QR codes in ‘RTMS Cargo FL’ mobile application and marking attendance using the QR code has been made compulsory for everyone including officers. The applications will help PMPML officials to identify timings of employees reaching for duty and leaving after the job. The Chairman and Managing Director of the PMPML has informed that the salaries will be done according to the attendance marked using the new system.
