Pune: Pimpri Chinchwad Police Launch Grievance Redressal Day for Citizen Complaints

Pimpri Chinchwad, 17th May 2024: Pimpri Chinchwad Commissioner of Police Vinay Kumar Choubey has instituted a Grievance Redressal Day to address complaints received through various channels at the Central Government, State Government, and Police Commissionerate levels. Every Saturday from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Grievance Redressal Day will be observed in all Police Stations under the Pimpri Chinchwad Police Commissionerate (PCPC) with senior officials present to directly address citizens’ grievances.
Complaints are accepted through various channels, including Web Portals, WhatsApp, email, and government offices. Timely resolution of these complaints is essential for citizens to attain justice and avoid inconvenience. To streamline this process and enable citizens to present their grievances effectively, Commissioner of Police Vinay Kumar Choubey has initiated the Grievance Redressal Day.
Every Saturday, citizens are encouraged to visit their Local Police Stations between 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM, where senior officials including the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Assistant Commissioner of Police, and Station In-Charge Officer will be available to resolve their complaints.
