Pune: NIPM Pimpri Chinchwad Chapter To Host Western Regional Conference On 17th Feb

Pune, 15th February 2024: The prestigious NIPM Western Region HR Conference for the year 2024 is scheduled for the 17th of February at the TIP Top Hotel in Wakad, Pune. NIPM holds a prominent position at the national level as a leading HR association in India.
This year, the organization has entrusted the responsibility of organizing the regional conference to the ‘NIPM Pimpri Chinchwad Chakan Chapter’. Recognizing the significance of gathering as a professional community and addressing the needs of HR professionals in the Chakan Industrial Belt, the Chapter was founded in recent years under the leadership of its Founder Chairman, Amol Kagawde.
The theme for the upcoming conference is “Transforming Business through Agile HR Business Practices”. Speaking about the NIPM PCC Chapter, Chairman Navnath Suryavanshi remarked, “The conference presents a wonderful opportunity for HR professionals to explore and learn about new dimensions of HR within the industry. As times evolve, so do the solutions within the HR domain. The conference serves as a platform to discover, exchange, and discuss innovative ideas and initiatives in HR.”
Conference Chairman Satish Karanjkar expressed his enthusiasm in welcoming HR professionals and industry experts from the Western Region. He stated, “I am confident that the conference will provide valuable insights to each participant.” Another senior member of the Conference Committee, Shrikrusha Gandhe, said, “The event holds significant importance for HR professionals, enabling them to stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and to enhance their professional networks.”
The Conference Committee also comprises Baliram Mutagekar, Abhay Khursale, Pradip Manekar, and Kishore Shinde, among others.
Distinguished speakers at the conference include renowned Senior Bureaucrat and Cyber Expert Brijesh Singh, currently serving as the Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Maharashtra. From the industry sector, business leaders such as Dr. Apoorva Palkar (VC-MSSSU Mumbai), KD Singh (MD Mubea Automotive), Vijay Sharma (MD: FEV India), Vikas Prasad (MD: Webasto Roofsystems), Tushar Acharya (Weagile Software), and Shreepad Khare (MD: Kelvion India) will share their insights.
On the HR fraternity front, esteemed professionals like Santanu Ghoshal, Akash Sangole, Vinod Bidwaik, Dr. Ujjal Bhattacharjee, Mohit Bhishikar, Vijay Nair, Dr. Santosh Bhave, Sarfaraj Maner, and Adv.
