Pune: ‘Navaruchi’ Arangetram Program on January 5

Pune, 1st January 2025: On behalf of the ‘Nupur Naad Academy,’ the ‘Navaruchi’ Arangetram program has been organized on Sunday, January 5, 2025, at 4:30 PM at Tilak Smarak Mandir, Pune.

The Arangetram dance performances by Vaishnavi Aursang, Ruchita Waghmare, and Neha Gawli will be presented during this event. All three are disciples of Nupur Daithankar-Bag. The accompanying artists for the event include Guru Nupur Daithankar on Nattuvangam, Shivprasad N.M. in vocals, Satish Krishnamurthy on Mridangam, S.R. Balasubramaniam on violin, and Sanjay Sasidharan on flute.

Highlights of the program include Khand, Alarippu, Shivkeertanam, and Balamuralikrishna’s Tillana. It will be a classical dance expression featuring prominent ragas and talas.

This program is open to all and free of charge.
