Pune: Mobile Burglary Peaks At Sunburn Holi Party In Amanora Mall, Case Filed Against Organizers

Hadapsar, 19th March 2022: The ‘Sunburn Holi Party’ organized on the occasion of Holi at Amanora Mall attracted a large number of youths to celebrate the festival.

Pune city police have now registered a case against the organizers for violating the rules by selling 3000 tickets while the permission was to sell only 1500 tickets.

The Hadapsar police have received complaints of 21 mobile phones worth Rs 7.84 lakh being stolen during the event. It is said that over 100 phones have been stolen. Police have nabbed one suspect.

A case has been registered against Aryan Navale of the Big dream events and his partner Girish Shinde of Full circle events along with other organizers and Uday Shah owner of electronics. Sub-inspector Sachin Gadekar of Hadapsar police station has lodged a complaint in this regard.

According to the police, the organizers had sought permission from the police, state excise and district collectors office. Only one and a half thousand people were expected to join. The party was held on Friday and was attended by more the three thousand people. Three thousand tickets were sold according to the police.
