Pune: Massive Fire At Abandoned Wada In Kasba Peth, Nobody Injured
Kasba Peth, 11th December 2023: In the early hours of the morning, a massive fire engulfed the Mahajan Wada located at 1399 Kasba Peth, near Mote Mangal Karyalaya. The three-storied structure caught fire around 4 am.
Swift action was taken by the fire brigade, with six vehicles and personnel rushing to the scene. Their prompt response brought the fire under complete control, averting a potential disaster. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported in connection with the incident.
It’s worth noting that the Mahajan Wada, once a bustling hub, was uninhabited at the time of the fire. The premises were closed, adding an extra layer of relief as no residents were endangered during the unfortunate incident.
Investigations are underway to determine the cause of the fire.
