Pune: Man Threatens To Throw Acid On Two Sisters Due To One-Sided Love
Pune, 24th February 2023: The Samarth police have registered a case against a man for threatening to throw acid on two sisters due to one-sided love.
The name of the accused is Bablu Desai, a resident of Hubli, Rajasthan. A 22-year-old girl has filed a complaint in this regard. Desai and the complainant knew each other. The complainant has a 17-year-old sister. Reportedly, the accused was stalking her. She would avoid him when he tried to talk to her. However, he continued to make attempts to talk to her for a month (February).
He followed both the sisters near their house and St Mira’s College. The complainant was also followed secretly by Desai to the place where she was working. When the accused tried to talk to them on the phone, they refused to talk to or meet him. He then threatened to harm them with acid.
