Pune: Man Pretending To Be Mall Employee Run Away With Cars In The Name Of Valet Parking

Pune 10th July 2023: In a shocking incident reported in Pune, a man has been arrested by the city police for stealing vehicles in the name of valet parking from malls. The police have seized two four wheelers worth Rs 15 lakh from his possession.
The accused identifed as Rugved Chandrakant Bhise (23), a resident of Sinhagad Road area was arrested from Katraj-Kondhwa road. According to police, the accused had stolen vehicles from D Mart and malls in the name of valet parking. He took cars in custody from owners for valet parking and never returned.
Police have solved two such cases registered with Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station with his arrest. Further investigation in the matter is underway.
