Pune: Lonavala Police Crack Down on 160 Vehicles for One-Way Traffic Violations

Lonavala, 29th July 2024: For violating the one-way traffic rule, the Lonavala City Police Station took action against 160 vehicles. To ensure smooth traffic flow, a one-way system has been implemented from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk to Indrayani Bridge and Ranade Hospital.

Despite the presence of various directional boards along the route, many violations have still occurred. As part of a special campaign today, 160 vehicles were found violating the rule, and action was taken against all of them. In addition to enforcing the rules, drivers were informed about the details of the one-way regulations.

The action was taken under the guidance of SDPO (Lonavala) Satyasai Karthik. The team was led by Police Inspector of Lonavala city police station.
