Pune : Local Leaders In Aundh, Baner, Pashan And Sus Call For Bandh To Support Maratha Reservation Demand
Pune 13th Sept 2023: The local leaders of the Maratha community in several areas of the city including Aundh, Baner, Pashan and Sus have called a bandh on Thursday (September 14) to support the demand for reservation to Maratha community. The leaders of Maratha Kranti Morcha confirmed that the bandh has been been called only for the several areas and not for the whole city.
Several traders of the area have also extended their support to the bandh call. Maratha Kranti Morcha leaders have announced to hold a symbolic protest in the city tomorrow to support the ongoing protest in Jalna district by Manoj Jarange patil. The symbolic protest will be held at the Mahatma Phule Mandai area between 10 and 5 pm tomorrow, said officials.
