Pune Joint Police Commissioner Praveen Pawar Promoted, Transferred as Commissioner of Police for Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
Pune, 25th June 2024: Joint Commissioner of Police Praveen Pawar has been transferred by the Ministry of Home Affairs following his promotion. JCP Praveen Pawar, currently serving with the Pune Police, will now assume the role of Commissioner of Police for Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. His transfer orders were issued by Venkatesh Bhat, Joint Secretary to the Government, under the authority of the Governor.
Praveen Pawar previously held the position of Special Inspector General of Police for the Konkan Range before being appointed as JCP of Pune City Police. He will now take on his new responsibilities as the Commissioner of Police for Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
