Pune: Gangs Vandalizing Vehicles To Spread Terror In Wanwadi Arrested
Pune, 29th March 2023: The police arrested a gang that vandalized vehicles and created terror in the Wanwadi area. Piyush alias Aman Rajesh Marote (20), Siddharth Anil Kakade (21), both residents of Wanwadi, Aditya Sunil Yellow (19), a resident of Khadki, and Hiten Ravindra Yadav (19) are members of the gang.
To create terror in the area, the gang would vandalize the vehicles. The police had seized the footage taken by the CCTV cameras in the area. The investigation team got information that the accused stopped near Empress Garden in the Race Course area. After that, the police team laid a trap and arrested the four.
Under the guidance of Police Commissioner Vikrant Deshmukh, Assistant Commissioner Purnima Taware, Senior Police Inspector Bhausaheb Patare, Crime Branch Inspector Sandeep Shivle, Sub-Inspector Ajay Bhosale, Amjad Pathan, Santosh Naik, Vinod Bhandalkar, and Atul Gaikwad took this action.
