Pune: Four-Year-Old Girl left Inside The Locked School Bus In Kalyaninagar, Parents Demand Action
Pune 8th July 2023: In a shocking incident reported in Kalyaninagar area on Thursday, a four-year-old girl was left in a school bus with doors locked for over two hours. The incident came to light after a parent who had come to drop her child at the same school noticed the girl banging on the door of a school bus for help.
The woman after seeing the child crying for help immediately rushed to the school authorities and informed them about this. The girl was finally taken out after almost two hours. The incident angered the child’s parents as they reached out to police to lodge a complaint in the matter.
According to officials, the girl did not come out of the bus after reaching the school as she fell asleep in the back seat. The female attendent and the bus driver both did not notice the girl sleeping inside and left her all alone by locking the doors from outside. The angry parents have demanded an action against the bus driver and female attendent in their complaint.
A written complaint in this regard has been submitted at the Yerwada Police Station and police are investigating further in it.
