Pune: Four-Year-Old Boy Loses Life in Fall from Third-Floor Window

Ambethan, 8th January 2024: In a heartbreaking incident that unfolded in Ambethan village near Chakan, Pune, four-year-old Durvesh Dnyaneshwar Karwar lost his life after falling from the window of a third-floor flat on Monday morning. The unfortunate incident occurred while Durvesh was playing in the bedroom of his residence at Saibaba Paradise.

According to the police, Durvesh, engrossed in play, approached the window and attempted to peer down. In an unfortunate turn of events, he lost his balance and fell. Despite the presence of his sister, aunt, and grandmother in the flat at the time, his parents were away for work. Swift measures were taken to rush Durvesh to a nearby private hospital in Nanekarwadi, where, tragically, he was declared dead.

Chakan police officers investigating the incident reported that Durvesh had suffered severe head injuries, ultimately proving fatal. The case has been registered as an accidental death, with Durvesh’s aunt, Jayashree Karwar, officially reporting the incident to the police.
