Pune: Deloitte Leases 1.56 Lakh Sq Ft of Office Space in Kharadi for 10 Years

Pune, 27th April 2023: Deloitte Consulting India Pvt Ltd has secured a 10-year lease for approximately 1.56 lakh square feet of office space in Kharadi, Pune, according to documents obtained by CRE Matrix, a real estate data analytics firm. The office space spans across two floors in an IT Park, with starting rents of Rs 61.59 lakh per month for the first floor and Rs 62.37 lakh per month for the second floor. The lease agreement includes an escalation clause of 15% every three years, and common area maintenance charges of Rs 12.75 per sq ft. Deloitte Consulting India Pvt Ltd had previously secured office space deals with Prestige Group and Salarpuria for three spaces totalling one million sq ft in Bengaluru earlier this year.
