Pune: Contractor Throws Worker From First Floor

Pune, 30 August 2021: Minor argument over the payment of the work, resulted in contractor throwing the worker from the first floor. The incident took place at Vadgaon Khurd at Vymokesh Height society. Sinhgad police have arrested both persons in the connection.

Sanjay Tumbar (46) and Ramchandra Waghchoure (36) are the names of the arrested persons. While the person injured in the incident was Mantseer Hasif Aalam.

“It happened so that Tumbar and Waghchoure were hitting Junaid overwork payment when Mantseer intervened and told the duo to talk to their contractor if they have any problem. Irked over his suggestion, the duo started beating Mantseer and pulled him throw the staircase and threw him off the first floor”, said the police.

Sub-inspector Khedkar is further investigating the case.
