Pune City : 147 New Covid Cases , 410 Discharged Today
Pune, October 26, 2020: In the last 24 hours, a total of 410 people were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. Also, 147 new patients were detected while 19 people died today. Today swab samples of 1027 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients till date has reached 159,845 out of which 149,280 have been cured while 4141 have died. There are still 6424 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals. They include 639 critical patients out of which 356 are on ventilator support.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 7,909,959 across the country. Out of this, 71,37,228 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 119,014 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 653,717 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
