Pune: Bridges To Shine Bright; Work Begins With Beautification Of Shivaji Bridge, Dengle Pul 

Pune, January 4, 2020: As the electrification and beautification of Shivaji bridge and Dengale ‘pul’, is completed, Mayor Murlidhar Mohol and RSS secretary Mahesh Karpe inaugurated it. The work was done with funds from the former mayor and now MLA Mukta Tilak.

Tilak said, “We have undertaken the beautification of all the bridges in the city and have started with Shivaji and Dengale bridge.”

Mayor Mohol said, “Tilak had taken several decisions like the river development project, electric bus, 24X7 water supply. We are trying to complete these works. The bridges are the identity of a city and beautification was the need of the hour.”
