Maval, 13th May 2024: In the Maval Lok Sabha constituency, a fierce battle is unfolding between the Mahayuti and Mahavikas Aghadi candidates as voting commenced this morning. Mahayuti candidate Shrirang Barne and Mahavikas Aghadi candidate Sanjog Waghere Patil crossed paths three times today, yet they didn’t exchange glances.

MP Shrirang Barane, representing Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde) for Mahayuti in the Maval Lok Sabha constituency, and Sanjog Waghere, representing Shiv Sena (UBT) for Mahavikas Aghadi, cast their votes in the morning. Afterwards, both were observed visiting various polling stations across the constituency to oversee the voting process.

At the polling station in Pimple Saudagar, MP Barne and former Mayor of PCMC Waghere encountered each other, yet failed to recognize one another. This scenario is repeated at Shitole Nagar and Sangvi. Despite three encounters, they remained oblivious to each other’s presence, indicating that the campaign’s bitterness persists.
