Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad: No-Fly Zone Enforced on 3rd September During President’s Visit
Pune, 30th August 2024: President Draupadi Murmu is going to visit Pune city on 3rd September. On the backdrop of this, it is informed that from 00.10 am to 24.00 pm on 3rd September, in Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad city along with the Pune Rural, the order to prohibit paragliding, hot balloon safari, drones, microlight airplanes and other types of private space flights.
Pune District Collector Suhas Diwase has informed that punitive actions will be taken if anyone is found violating the orders as per Section 223 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023.
He also urged citizens to maintain law and order in the city along with providing safety to important personnel.
