Pune: Adulterated Paneer Factory Busted In Kondhwa, FDA Seizes Products Worth Rs 22.65 Lakh

Kondhwa, 13th September 2022: A day after adulterated Paneer factory was busted in Wanowrie, today officials of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) raided another such factory in Kondhwa.

In the raid at M/s Sadgurukripa Milk and Milk Products in Tilekarnagar area of Kondhwa,

FDA has seized 1199 kg adulterated Paneer worth Rs 2.39 lakh, 4073 kg skimmed milk powder worth Rs 18.71 lakh, 1048 kg RBD palmolein oil worth Rs 1.53 lakh, totally worth Rs 22.65 lakh.

This confiscated stock was destroyed on the spot. The sample taken has been sent to the laboratory for analysis and the report will be examined on receipt.

The action was taken by team under guidance of Assistant Commissioner Rupali Khamane, Food Safety Officer Supriya Jagpat and Sopan Ingle.
